Upton Clinic

I attended Upton Clinic for IBS and menstrual problems. I had a herbal treatment and regular acupuncture treatments. Helen was very professional and I felt confident in her care. I felt very relaxed after each session and had a general sense of well being during the course of my treatment. Im not sure if the treatment caused this but my hair started to grow a lot thicker since starting the treatment after years of hair loss. I will continue to get regular treatments from Helen.

Professional service. I had a course of 5 treatments to treat back pain following a fall. The cost of treatments are affordable and most importantly i am certain it helped speed up my recovery time. Pain killers did not work.Highly recommend clinic.

I would like to say what a wonderful job Helen is doing in helping my peri-menopausal symptoms including no longer having hot flushes, return of my periods and dealing with my infertility problems.

I have been having acupuncture for my nausea and 

vomiting during my  chemotherapy. The treatment 

I have received has been brilliant, I also find 

acupuncture is really helpful for relieving my stress.

I have suffered with very bad Eczema on the palm of 

my hand and back of my legs for about 3 years,so bad 

that my skin was all cracked and covered by dry skin 

and would often bleed.The itchiness was unbearable 

and I just could not help scratching it which made it 

worse. I have had many different conventional 

creams prescribed to me by many different doctors 

each taking a different approach to my condition of 

which some worked briefly but never kept it away 

and it always come back a lot worse.

Then we thought we would give Chinese Medicine 

a try and we got results with a combination of 

acupuncture and oral Chinese herbs and a herbal 

cream to stop the itchiness which actually worked 

unlike the other creams I have tried. 

I began to see result after about a week and it continued to get better and better and my condition  now is the best it has ever been and is nearly completely gone thanks to Helen. 

Helen offers a great friendly service and I would advise any one to give Chinese medicine a try.

The Upton Clinic is an excellent resource for those suffering from chronic pain.Over a three year period I have attended a variety of orthodox and complimentary practitioners in an attempt to reduce my back pain. The Upton Clinic has provided the only treatment that has improved my condition. When I first attended the clinic I was in considerable pain and unable to sleep at night because of the discomfort. I can now sleep at night and I am considerably improved.

Dr Helen & Sam are dedicated and compassionate practitioners whose treatment has made a signifiacnt difference to my quality of life.

As a long term sufferer of chronic odontalgia, I never really considered acupuncture as a possible solution. I am so glad I did eventually give it a try though.After several acupuncture sessions along with a course of herbal medicine, I have felt a definite improvement in my symptoms.

I went to Upton Clinic after my 1st embryo transfer failed, after IVF. I had weekly acupuncture with Dr. Helen for a few months then my 2nd embryo transfer was successful. I continued my sessions throughout my 1st trimester which greatly helped my early pregnancy symptoms. I  felt  Dr. Helen was extremely professional and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about your well being. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially to someone going through IVF.
